Dark red - A gorgeous, sensuous and sophisticated colour! It is one of those varnishes that suits almost every occasion, and sits effortlessly against any skin tone. This is the perfect injection of colour to perk up any boring old outfit!
Product: Maybelline Color Show nail polish in "Downtown Red 352" (£2.99)

Gold - You can never go wrong with abit of glitz! A gold nail varnish will glam up any look and is therefore a quintessential for the holiday season! This nail varnish by Revlon in particular, has fine flecks of glitter that provide just the right amount of shimmer.
Product: Revlon Nail Enamel polish in "Gold Coin 146" (£6.49)

Deep Plum - An opulent, vampy shade that is as dark a plum can go without being black. This edgy shade never fails to look utterly stylish!
Product: Maybelline Color Show nail polish in "Noite de Gal 104" (£2.99)

Nude - This is my go to colour throughout the whole year! This is a classic shade that looks clean, elegant, stylish and beautiful on everyone.
Product: Maybelline Color Show nail polish in "Mauve Kiss 150" (£2.99)

What are your favourite Autumn nail polishes? Have you tried any of the above?
Lots of Love, Ana

Here's a list of products that I have been loving this week:

1. La Roche Posay SPF 50+ Sunscreen (UVA +UVB) - My favourite sunscreen of all time! It has a beautiful velvety texture that leaves the skin feeling hydrated and with a gorgeous matte silky finish that provides the perfect base for makeup application. The formula is non-oily, non-sticky, non- comedogenic and does not leave a white cast to the skin.

2. MeMeMe Lip Glide in the shade "Playful Peach" - This beautiful chunky lip pencil came in last month's Glossybox, and I have been obsessed with it ever since! It's the perfect shade of baby pink, and has a matte-velvet finish that looks beautiful teamed up with a subtle smokey eye.

3. Lush Bath Bombs - Like any other girl, I am a huge fan of Lush bath bombs! Pictured above is "Big Blue" which has coarse sea salt crystals that act as a gentle exfoliator, while the seaweed and lemon oil detoxify the skin, and leave it feeling glowy, soft and nourished.

4.  "Incanto" perfume by Salvatore Ferragamo - My auntie very kindly gifted this perfume to me while I was away on holiday, and I instantly fell in love with its gorgeous floral, sweet scent.

5. Morphosis Sublimis Conditioner - On my mission to try and rescue my hair from years of heat damage, I came across this conditioner that is Parabens-free and rich in Argan oil as well as other nutritious fruit extracts. I have already noticed a huge difference in my hair texture since I changed to this conditioner (as well as a sulphur free shampoo) a few weeks ago. My hair feels softer, shinier, and I have also experienced less breakage (although my hair does get greasy much quicker since the swap!).

What products are you currently loving? Have you tried any of the products mentioned above?

Bootea 28 DayTeatox Review

For the last couple of months I have noticed an incredible response to the new concept of "Teatoxing" on social media, particularly on Instagram. One brand that has taken the world by storm is Bootea! Bloggers and celebrities are ditching their traditional breakfast tea brews and instead opting for herbal infusions, constantly boasting about the wonderful effects of these magical natural formulas. I have been intrigued for quite some time, and more or less a week ago, decided to jump on the bandwagon and give "Teatoxing" a try for myself (think of me as your guinea pig!).

The aim and purpose of the Bootea Teatox is to aid weight-loss and boost energy levels, allowing you to get back on track with a healthy and well balanced diet, and an active lifestyle. The tea eases the body's natural process of elimination by removing unwanted toxins and built up waste matter from the body, via the lungs, kidneys, bowels and skin. Bootea have also created a flexible eating plan (HERE) to optimise the detoxification process.

The ingredients combined within the tea blend are renowned for centuries of health and well-being benefits; the pyramid tea bags ensure the best infusion, allowing all the nutrients and flavours in the blend to come through. All of the ingredients are pure, natural and completely free of preservatives.

The Bootea Teatox is designed to:
- Increase your metabolism
- Cleanse and detoxify
- Burn calories
- Regulate blood sugar levels
- Assist in the digestion of food
- Suppress appetite
- Improve skin health

Inside the box there are two separately sealed bags with one tea that you drink every morning, known as the Daytime Detox, and a tea that is meant to be consumed every other evening known as the Bedtime Cleanse. There's also a full set of instructions as to how to use the tea, in order to get the most out of its benefits.

The Daytime Detox combines "Chinese Oolong tea, Mate leaves, Ginger root, Fennel seeds, Lemongrass, Dandelion leaf, Ginseng root, Gotu Kola leaves and Nettle leaves". This sensational blend contains a small amount of caffeine as well as other natural stimulants which leaves you feeling energised, motivated and ready for the day ahead. If you have not had green tea previously, then this earthly blend may be slightly peculiar in taste; if that's the case, I'd recommend adding a natural sweetener or other flavour enhancing substances such as honey or lemon.

The Bedtime Cleanse on the other hand combines "Senna leaves, Peppermint leaves, Fenugreek sees, Liquorice root, Burdock root, Hawthron leaves, Valerian root and Psyllium seeds". The Bedtime Tea has a very pronounced peppermint taste which provides a calming and soothing effect, helping me to feel relaxed just before going to bed. The Bedtime Cleanse should be taken every second night for the duration of the teatox, as it will most likely induce a laxative effect within 8 hours of consumption, depending on your digestive system. It is therefore advised to try the tea for the first time on a weekend or day off, in order to allow yourself some time to see how your body reacts with the active ingredients of the tea blend.

Just a week into the Bootea Teatox, I have noticed some very obvious results! I feel less bloated, my energy levels have soared, I haven't experienced any new breakouts in my skin and I have also had better nights of sleep. My goal is not about weightloss, but more of a general body cleanse and improved digestion. I still have three more weeks worth of teabags to consume, so I'm excited to continue to see the benefits of the teatox!

The Bootea Teatox is available to order either directly from their website (HERE) where there is also a wider selection of product available, or from Holland and Barret (HERE) where at the moment there are some fantastic deals on the 14 or 28 day teatox (e.g. buy one get one half price across the Bootea range).

Have you tried BooteaTeatox? Or is there another brand that you would recommend?

Lots of Love, Ana
